I have a 2004 Honda Accord. The air conditioning just stopped blowing. It worked one night, then the next morning it didn't. Later the next day it worked, then it didn't again after that. The panel lights light up. A mechanic replaced the fan blower and it still didn't work. You can here the compressor come on, it just won't blow and the fuses were checked. Thank you.

Inspect and test the blower motor control relay in the hood fuse/relay box.
