i bought my honda accord last month and it was GM certified. from last week when i am driving and comes to stop, during the time of engine declaration, as soon as the engine rpm hits 1000 it suddenly drops to 500 and again jumps back to 1100-1000.
beside that , i have seen twice that when i crank it up, it starts with less tha 500 rpm and slowly get around 700 rpm and stays there.
we havent talked with mechanic yet.
can you suggest something please?

The idle speed control motors in those are really sensitive to being dirty. They can try cleaning it, but it might need a new one
