2004 Honda Accord Cooling system malfunction

The engine coolant kept on returning to the reservoir coolant container and making the radiator coolant level to short and as a result i have to top up every two days for the past one week. The coolant from the reservoir surpose to refil the radiator any time there is shortfall but this is not the case here. Please i need help urgently.

Hi Chibuzo Ofoedu,

Get the radiator cap replaced and retest. If problem persists, the head gasket is bad and compression is leaking into the cooling system creating pressure to push the coolant out to recovery tank.
