2004 Honda Accord Car shakes

My cars an 04 honda accord 2.4 4cyl. Its in great condition and I do keep it well maintained. It just has a shaking problem when i'm stopped at red light in drive. Also it starting shaking when I turn on the a/c or heater. But it doesnt shake when im in park.

Check the motor mounts, most likely is worn.
