Brake pads will vary on the quality and the type of driving. I live in a rural setting and will get about 60K on low end, 80 to 90 on the mid level and over 100k on the high end pad. The quality of pads is up to you. The OEM would probably be equivalant to the mid pad. I don't drive in much stop and go traffic. Mostly road mileage. I would suspect you might get 70k on the set and the battery.
The battery, check the level of the water once in a while and keep it fully charged not letting it drain completely. You should get around 5 years from it. Sometimes that depends on the climate as well but for the most part a decent battery will get what its warranty states. Engineering is getting better so a 24 monther will last just over that, etc.
