Ok so my car is shaking wobbling and shuts off when its on but standing still. It will only turn on if we hit the gas pedal. The check engine light is on. We've had problems where the car is going through oil a lot. The mechanic said it was the pistons, but as long as we kept putting oil in it it would hold out. We also put fuel injection fluid but that didn't help. Is there anything I I can do or is it just a clunker now?

The valve guides could be the source oil consumption because of the mileage of your car ( 93000)
Oil leakage past the valve guides seals is a more likely cause of oil consumption than leakage past the piston rings
ok, let's verify this by removing the spark plugs.
When only one side of a spark plug is fouled with carbon, leaking guide seals are indicated. The carbon will be on the side of the spark plug that was facing the intake valve.
I do not know if your honda accord is a DX, LX, or EX, so I can go more in datail helping with the valve guides.

Have you had the car scanned? If so, what is the trouble code?
