is there a timeing belt on a 2003 honda accord, if yes what is involved in replaceing it. If not, then what is there?

Yes there is a timing belt, but it is a very involved job replacing it. Generally, I would say that if you needed to ask if the system has a timing belt you are not the person to replace it.
