2003 Honda Accord shifts out of drive

On the first few turns of the day, the transmission goes neutral. The engine is still running. I am able to get going by shifting into Park, and then to drive again. This has been happening more regularly recently, but started happening about nine months ago.

It sounds like the transmission is low on fluid, please inspect on level ground and get back to me, thanks
