2003 Honda Accord rotors and pads

i paid to have a brake job less than 6 months ago. They replaced everything but the rotors. Now im told that I need new rotors. Do I nee to replace everything again? I am being told that I do.

shouldn't need to unless the brake pads are just wearing out prematurely, then you would have a whole new issue that needed attention first (which would be what is causing premature brake pad wear).
