2003 Honda Accord Rear Door Panel removal ans SASH replacem

Hi,
My rear door SASH (black tream behind window) on both rear doors gets rusted. I have ordered the new replacement parts in HONDA dealer, however, would like to replace it my self. I understand that I woul need to remove door panel, then remove window, then replace SASH. Please help with instructions (pictures) .

HI olegl, Here are the procedures for removing the door sash and I have a complete procedure for power window motor removal so you can skip those that are not relevant.
