2003 Honda Accord my car won't shift into gear

my '03 accord 4cyl DX was having problem shifting into 1st gear and reverse. now it won't shift into any gear period. what do u suggest might be the problem?

Inspect the shifting gear mechanism if okay could be the shift interlock system acting up if it won't come out of park
