2003 Honda Accord Lights Dim While Driving

he lights (either Hi or Lo beam) dim (30% down)randomly while driving. Then they slowly come back to full brightness, later to dim again.
What is going on?

sounds like you have the beginning of a alternator that is going bad. have the output of the alternator checked real soon before it leaves you stranded. also check the battery connections
