2003 Honda Accord exterior question

I’m looking for a rear bumper for my car. Specifically a 2003 Honda accord v-6 rear bumper. It’s the duel exhaust. Every website I go on to try to find a bumper only gives me bumper (covers, reinforcements, installers, absorbers, brackets, and fillers) Call me stupid but a cover is not the same thing as a bumper correct? Why can’t I find any place that will sell a bumper??!!

The bumper cover is the big piece that you see as part of the vehicle's looks..the outside piece that is painted and trimmed up...That is what you need if you are trying to replace the rear bumper because of damage.
