2003 Honda Accord Does the car need a tune up?

The car shakes a bit when I'm idling whenever the a/c is on. The engine sounds like it is working extra. It used to sound quiet and smooth, but now the car shakes and the engine noise is greater. Is there a problem with the a/c or would a tuneup take care of it?

Hi there,
Have the A/C idle up system check as it may be faulty and the engine is laboring with the A/C on.
