2003 Honda Accord camber adjustment

2003 Honda Accord 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

took the car to dealer cause steering wheel was not centered. Tech aligned front, but said he didn't know if it would hold alignment, cause it was in a front end accident, which it was. He said take it back cause something should have been replaced when car was repaired. What part does he mean should have been replaced?
