2003 Honda Accord back lite to clock, radio

there is no lite for clock, or radio. this occured going thru high water. The radio works but can't tell what station or what time due to back lite. probably a fuse, but which one. Manual has abbreviations for some parts, but can't find cross ref for them. Help!

A component failure on the PCB
(printed circuit board) could cause the audio display to
become dark or dim, and prevent the audio/HVAC
panel buttons from illuminating. It is cover under the warranty extension for 7 years or 105k miles. Check with your dealer.
