2003 Honda Accord All electrical is dead - except horn

My brother in law hooked the cables up backwards when attempting to jump start my daughters car. Now there is no power to anything - - except the horn. I checked the 50a ignition fuse and it checks good. What/where do I check next???

Hi alanr,

Test all the main fuses underhood for continuity. The problem should be a blown fuse.
