2002 Honda Accord what causes this wierd problem?

2002 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 64.000 miles

all fuses were blown up right after replacing an alternator. so windows and window locks, clock, cd player, even check sign on. both front and rear of passenger side windows short.

things were messed up after a new alternator.

Please tell me what causes this kind of problem.

If fuses keep on blowing
recheck the wiring and alternator make sure its not shorted to ground
