2002 Honda Accord what causes these problem?

Electrical problem
2002 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

alomost of all fuses were blown up right after replacing an alternater.
Window locks and window and clock and cd player, even " check" sign is on.
What possibly cause this problem?

Did you disconnect the battery terminals before you replaced the alternator?
