2002 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75000K miles

I will be replacing my timing belt at 7 years as recommended but should I be replacing my water pump at the same time? When is it recommended to replace the water pump?

You should replace the water pump with the timing belt. That is what honda recommends.
