The problem is that when I sitting idle my shakes slightly. When I press the gas it feels like it does'nt want to pick up speed. It sputters and rattles while picking up speed. Once I get to the desired speed and keep it there it runs fine until I have to stop then it starts all over again.

When I asked the question I forgot to mention that the engine light was flashing. I went to have it checked at auto zone but they said that they coud'nt check it until the light stays on. Also prior to the car acting up I went to a cheap gas station before going to work 3 weeks ago and filled it up, as I got on the interstate that's when it started. I have filled it up twice since then and put gas treatment in the tank to try to solve the problem because I believed that was the problem but, since it's still happening I guess not. Thank you for the information rasmataz. Now I have to figure out how much is this going to cost me.

Go somewhere and get it scanned with or w/o the CEL, you'll probably end up having misfire code/s
