I got a trouble code that the supply voltage to the Solar/twilight sensor is too high. where is this sensor and how can I correct this problem

the DTC code # was 39, that says solar/twilight supply voltage high

was obtained by shorting pin 4 and 9, and reading

I went and checked my books on SRS codes ------Ã nothing
it jumps from 3 6 to 4 1 on codes
