2002 Honda Accord Severe white exhaust smoke

My wife is a teacher and babies this car. She complained about white smoke in exhaust. I drove the car and initially found no problem when the car was cold.
She complained again today and I drove it and white exhaust smoke billowed from both tailpipes. It seems unusual that rings would go after 113K miles, but I wouldn't expect both tail pipes to show smoke.

Check the coolant level in the radiator and the reservoir, if the coolant is low or contaminated one the the head gasket may be blown.
