my rear passenger seat will niot retract. How can I gain access to repair / replaced it

Hi dbutler40,

You would have to remove the rear seats and side pillar to get at the seat belts. If it is slow in retracting, check if the belt is twisted. Correcting the fold should solve the problem unless the springs inside the seat belt is broken.
