2002 Honda Accord "Jumping"

My car feels like it kind of "jumps" when it shifts from 1st gear into second. After that, it runs smooth! Any suggestions?

Sounds like it's an internal transmission problem. My recommendation would be to bring it to a transmission shop right away and get them to diagnose it before it causes any more problems.
