2002 Honda Accord Front brakes grabbing

After driving the car for a short distance the brakes start to grab. The wheels and discs heat up and slow the car down for a while then seem to let up a bit. When the car cools down the whole process starts over. The brake lines have been replaced but the problem still continues. Both front wheels heat up. My
patience as well as my brake pads are wearing out

Check the flex hoses, caliper and caliper slides. Something is allowing the brakes to heat up way too much.
