2002 Honda Accord fan

There is 2 fans and one will not come on what can I do to check to see what is wrong

If only one is not coming on then it's probably a failed fan motor, but to make sure just test for power at that specific fan motor. If it's getting power then fan motor is bad. If it's not getting power then check fuses and relays.
