I have a 02 Accord EX, 5-spd manual trans with approximately 67K miles. The clutch pedal will stick on occasion when depressed to the floor, sometimes I have to go to neutral, and I have to use my foot to pull the pedal back up and it will be functioning properly for about a week or two and then every thing repeats. There is no fluid leaking, and the reservoir has maintained the same level throughout

It sounds like your clutch master is failing. Relacing it should solve your problems.
