WHEN I'M DRVING MY CAR I HEAR THIS SQEALING SOUND AS IF I DRAGING SOMETHING. IT ONLY DO IT WHEN I'M DRIVING AND SOMETIMES WHEN I'M BACKING UP TO TURN THE CAR AROUND. COULD IT BE A WORN OUT BELT

Hi there,

If this noise is constant with engine speed I would be checking the belts, otherwise check that the brakes are not low as there is often a ware tab on the pads that can make a loud screech when the pads get to low. Start here.
