head gasket blown on this car. When mechanic got into it he said there was a wax substance allthrough the engine. said it was like someone had poured candle wax all in it. 2 different mechanics baffled. What the heck is it and how the heck do you get rid of it? help. they up for suggestions.

I do not know what is clogging the system so it would require the person handling the job to try to find a way to get it done.

One of the causes of cooling system being clogged by unknown substances comes from the coolants. Quite a lot of coolant in the market cannnot be mixed with different brands or types. They would cause checmical reactions to clog up the system. If that is the case, the engine side might be possible to clean up, but for the radiator, high possibility it has to be replaced.
