2001 Honda Accord throttle

When I started the engine it was ok, after 30 seconds. The arrow went up and down until it was warmed up. After that it was okay. I changed the spark plugs, air filter, and the PCV valve.

Hi renemiranda,

Do you mean the tachiomater is surging up and down?

If yes, you have a cold start idle control problem and the most likely cause is a sticking Idle Air control valve, lack of coolant or coolant hoses to IAC is clogged.

Get the IAC cleaned and retest.
