2001 Honda Accord Strange noise

2001 HONDA ACCORD

Hi, every time I turn the steering wheel right there is some sort of clicking sound. The car does it when it is on/off. The noise seems to be coming from the front right wheel. Any ideas? Thanks

It might be a balljoint. Get your front end checked over.
