Hello again. My car idles rough in park and when in-gear at a idle position. When driving, it purs like a kitten. I have done a major tune up, replaced (1) bad motor mount - but still seems to idle rough - When it warms up. It seems to idle a little smoother but still not where it needs to be. Any suggestions? I am thinking of trying some fuel injection cleaner to see if that may help with the problem ? Your thoughts?

Hi tedaquatic,

Do you mean the idling speed is too low, is it surging or misfiring?

No - The Idle speed is where it's supposed to be according to factory settings. With and without the A/C on. It is not idiling too low, surging or mis-firing. What else could be causing this sitiuation?

I have also had a coputer diagnostion run on the engine and all checks out well?

What do you mean by rough?

You are feeling a lot of vibrations?
Engine seems to miss intermittently?

So you are referring to vibrations when the gears are engaged at a stopped position.

This is usually due to bad engnine mounts. There are 3 major and 1 minor mounts. One have been replaced, but did you check the conditions of the other mounts?
