How can you tell if a relay is bad?

I put a new fuse in and it blew. There are 3 relays: condenser fan, cooling fan and clutch

I cannot tell if one is bad, but the 20amp fuse keeps blowing and the others look okay?

Could they be the problem? How can you tell.

Hi oscar1957,

Pull out all the the relays, plug in the fuse. Plug in the relays one by one. The one that pops the fuse is the circuit to check.

Before doiing that, check if any of the fans are jammed by turning the blades with you hand, might save you some fuses.
