2001 Honda Accord headlights flickering/ac not working

My car wouldnt start yesterday and I bought a new battery. They also tested the alternator and said it was fine. Today the ac isn't blowing cold air and the headlights and inside lights are flickering pretty bad. Could it be related?

Yes, they should be related and I suspect the main ground wire to engine is bad.
