2001 Honda Accord Flashers

I have a 2001 honda accord lx with 91,000 miles on it. The turn lights and flashers are not working. Where is the fuse box located to change the fuse or add on to it.

Fuses are usually on the driver side and at knee or foot level. There is a cover with an index to the fuses.
