2001 Honda Accord EGR valve

My check engine light came on in my 01 Honda Accord and the code said that the EGR valve is getting clogged. I was wondering if there is anything I can put into my gas or engine that will possibly unclog the valve rather than having to take my EGR valve off to clean it?

Hi rengleking,

There is no other way to resolve EGR port clogging except to remove it for cleaning.
