2001 Honda Accord Air Condition Works Only on Level Four

My Honda has 112,000 miles on it and is a 2001.
My Accord is running fine but when I turn on the air condition it only blows on high (level 4). When I turn the air on the light shows that it is on but nothing is blowing. I was wondering the problem and how much this it would cost to fix this problem. I appreciate any advice you can give me.

Replace the heater blower resistor. This is your issue.
