Hi sylvia vasquez,
The interlock is not functioning correctly to release the gear shift and you should check if the brake lights are working.
The brake switch is an integral part of the interlock system.
You can use the ignition key to insert into the gear shift unlock slot to manually shift out of park and start vehicle in N position.
