2000 Honda Accord valve seals

I replaced my spark plugs the other day and they were white and ashy. I looked at a haynes manual and it said that my valves seals may not be sealing. How hard would it be to replace them?

Hi adamlower,

To replace the valve seals, there are 2 ways.
1. Remove cylinder head and do a valve lapping job with replacement of valve seals.
2. Remove camshaft and apply regulated pressure to cylinder while replacing the valve seals.

#2 is easier but you are not cleaning the valves.
