Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Honda Accord 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 122,k miles

Purchased a very clean and well maintained used 2000 Accord Sdn v6. The dealer replaced the transmission at purchase. There are no other records available. What services should be done with 122k miles. Timing belt? etc. And are there any recalls/mechanical issues that I can complete as I like the car and want to keep it in good condition. Ann

Hi there,

It is always good to start with a clean slate and get a full service & tune done, if there is no record of a timing belt replacement, this should be done, as if it fails due to old age it will be disastrous, i will check up on any re calls and post if there are any for your car.
