HOW MANY MILES BEFORE A CHANGE IS ACTUALLY NECESSARY[/quote:e32a2e1bd0]

Hello,

The service interval for a 2000 Accord is 105,000 miles for the timing belt. It would be a good idea to replace all timing components and the water pump.

Timing belts are expensive to replace, but if it breaks, your engine is toast.
