Sometimes at startup when the engine is only half warm, the engine will sputter, the car will shake, all of the lights will come on on the dash, and eventually the car will die. This will happen for 3 or 4 tries. With revving, it will eventually start up okay. This happens at least once a week. Dealer can't figure it out. Any ideas?
