I have a 2001 Honda Accord with 239,000+ (Yes, I know I got my moneys' worth already). Recently serviced with wheels and tires balancing out. When I start the car in the morning and put in reverse, it does big "shake" like a clunk noise. When driving, the car seems to be really bouncy and the steering wheel shakes badly. Do you think its motor mounts? Any way to check?

open hood and apply brake and gas engine and look to see if the engine jumps.
