When I unbuckle the seat belt no longer retracts into the door post. I have to manually "shove" it to get it retracted. Can the trim be removed and the unit serviced, or it is a replacement only item/fix?

It's a replacement item, Honda has a lifetime seat belt replacement for no charge.
