I been taking my car for repairs at honda dilership for years. Never had a problem. I decided to do oil change at this gas station. 2 times. When I went to do my yearly check up at Honda dealer. They find out my oil drip pan was messed up, need to be replaced. They said who ever changed the oil last time. Did something wrong ( want to know what they did to cause my oil drip pan to be replaced?)

Hi,

The only reason I can think of is that the drain plug was overtightened or cross threaded resulting in damaged drainhole threads which would not allow the drain plug to be tightened.
