Made trip from Illinois to Texas. Half way there, heard a high pitch noise that still remains. Doesn't happen during idle, but occurs during acceleration. The higher you rev the engine the more the noise increases. Check under hood while reving the engine, and the moise seems to be comung somewhere around the belt and pulleys. Any sulotions to the problem would be appreciated.

Hi jkasper610,

Check the belt tension and crankshaft pulley for damaged harmonic balancer.
