2000 Honda Accord engine knock

my accord went into a ditch. my engine was in water. i have an exposed intake. i am concerned that it sucked in water. when i start it up i here a knocking sound. is this water in the crank case? if i drain the oil out and let it dry wiil this help?

Symptoms indicates water has entered the cylinders and bent a con-rod slightly. A compression test would confirm this.

Replacing th oil is not going to help.
