2000 Honda Accord Doors

The door behind the driver seat is broken. From the inside and on the outside. I cannot open the doors what so ever I wonder if I can get that fixed at all. And on the passenger side the lock will work sometimes and sometimes that door doesn't work at all. What is wrong with it?

Sounds like the rear door has a problem with the latch and the passenger's front door has a problem with it's door lock actuator.
These things can be repaired but by someone who would know how to remove the door panel and release the latch/replace the actuator.
