2000 Honda Accord Chirping noise

when the car is cold, there is a strange chirping noise from the steering when i turn the wheels near full lock. steering is also sluggish. better when warm. fluid is OK.

Your belt may be slipping or you may be low on power steering fluid.

Check the tension of the power steering belt and also the condition.

Check the level of your power steering level.
